How long does legalisation take?
It depends on the type of case and the authority handling it, and no honest adviser will promise you a date. As a rough guide: a work permit typically takes weeks, a residence card can take several months, and processing times vary significantly by region. What we do guarantee is that we act within 72 hours of your instruction.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. You can instruct a single case with no commitment. The retainer is an option for companies that want budget certainty across a larger foreign workforce.
What is included in the fee?
Our service fee. Government charges (stamp duty on a power of attorney, application fees) are passed through at cost, with no margin added.
We are based outside Poland. Can you still help?
Yes — this is a large part of our work. The obligations under Polish law sit with the entity employing the person in Poland, so the exact setup matters. Tell us how your operation is structured and we will map out what applies. All correspondence and reporting can be handled in English.
